Our Breeding Ethics, Business Standards & Policy of Conduct
At 27 Bullies LLC, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and care — both for our dogs and our clients. This page outlines the core policies that guide our partnerships, breeding practices, and how we handle business relationships. These principles are in place to protect our animals, our reputation, and you as our valued customer or business partner.
1. Contracts Must Be Real, Legal & Fair
We do business by the book. Every agreement we sign must be:
Reviewed or drafted by a licensed attorney in Alabama.
Free of misrepresentation. If someone falsely claims a contract is “legally binding” or “written by a lawyer” when it’s not — that’s fraud, and we don’t tolerate it.
Signed by both parties with full transparency on expectations.
If it’s not fair, real, and legally enforceable, we won’t do it.
2. Payments Are Simple & Straightforward
All stud services and breedings require pre-approval in writing.
Our stud fees are set by contract — no surprise charges or coercive demands.
We do not engage in “pay more or I won’t sign your papers” games. That’s unethical, and it’s illegal.
3. We Put the Dogs First
Our dogs are family. That’s why:
We only partner with kennels that meet local and state animal care laws, including:
Ala. Code § 13A-11-14 (No cruelty or neglect),
Emily’s Law (Ala. §§ 3-6A-1 to 3-6A-8),
Birmingham City Code § 6-1-13 (Licensing requirement).
We document all breeding approvals and keep records of care.
If we believe a partner kennel is abusing or neglecting dogs, we will terminate contracts and report them to animal control.
4. Legal Action If Needed
We protect our brand and business with action, not just words.
If someone violates our contracts or tries to interfere with our operations, we reserve the right to:
File civil lawsuits under Alabama law for breach of contract, fraud, coercion, or business interference.
Report misconduct to:
The ABKC (American Bully Kennel Club),
Birmingham Animal Control,
Or local law enforcement if necessary.
We also protect ourselves through NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) and Compliance Contracts, especially if any dispute arises.
5. Respect Goes Both Ways
We expect the same ethical standards from our partners as we uphold ourselves. That means:
No slander, threats, or false claims.
No interfering with litter registrations or lying to registries.
No unauthorized use of our name, dogs, logo, or bloodline for promotion.
We Keep Receipts
For your safety and ours, we keep copies of:
Signed contracts
Payment receipts
Texts, emails, and voice messages related to breedings or approvals
Veterinary and photographic records
Dispute and resolution communications
Everything is documented and securely stored.
Our Promise to You
Whether you’re buying a pup, partnering in a breeding, or just following our work — we promise:
